設定で入力レベルの大きさで入力をオン・オフする設定になっているのですが、不思議と左クリックをした途端、唇が赤くなります。
マウスの設定ソフトで、左クリックのボタンに別のキーを割り当てて押した際は、この現象を起きなかったのでマウスの音を拾ってるとも思えません。

解決策等あれば教えてください。

クライアント側の %AppData%\Mumble\mumble.sqlite に証明書のハッシュが保存されます。
一度保存すると以降は証明書が不正であっても無視するようになります。

エラー文でググりましたか？

報告までに新たに分かったことがあります。
公開サーバに出す設定、registername、registerpassword、registerhostname(証明書のドメイン)を入力して公開すると、サーバログに今まで表示されてなかった検証エラーが表示されるようになりました。

確認方法は単純です。
サーバに接続してチャンネルツリー上でRootの背景が薄い緑色になっていれば証明書が反映されています。
TLSビットが付与されたタイプの証明書を利用していればサーバブラウザ上で背景が緑色になります。

注意点ですが、ホスト名は必ずサーバ証明書に記載されているホスト名でアクセスしてください
IPアドレスでアクセスしたら当然ながら反映されません。

>2、許可したクライアントの証明書の保存場所
これが何を意味しているのか不明です。
クライアントの証明書はどこにも保存されません。
証明書のハッシュ値のみがDB上に保存されます。
ICEインターフェイスなりDBを直接操作することでハッシュ値なら確認可能です。

正直そのように設定して駄目なのであれば私としてはお手上げです。

設定後なおも次のエラーが表示されるなら設定した中間証明書が
全く違うものであったりなにかしらゴミ文字を入れて無効になっている程度しか想像ができません。
「 SSL検証エラー: 証明書チェインのルート証明書が自己証明書であり、信頼されていません」

あとは、どこかに単純な勘違いによるミスがあるかもしれないくらいでしょうか

Windows 7　で大丈夫だったのはおっしゃるとおりUACをオフにしていました。
